If you have any problem about the product, please take a photo or a video and contact us and wait for instructions before returning anything. The most problem can be fixed easily through simple & effective communication.

Return Policy
All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, buy it wrong or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an EXCHANGE OR A REFUND within 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

What is the RMA & returns procedure?
1. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to contact us to apply an RMA
2. All returns under Special Return Policy require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.
4. Once the RMA is authorized, you will get an RMA with the returning address in 2 business day, customers could return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label. and other information and enclose inside your package for further refund or exchange items.
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
5. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
All items have to be returned within 30 days of the Invoice Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, same as buying from a local transitional retail shop, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. We responsible for the shipping fee for replacement
